The 1st round of application only recruit Bachelor's programs.

※Admission is limited to individuals returning from abroad during the current academic year. This excludes applicants who have studied at senior high schools in Taiwan, completed one year at a university in Taiwan, or completed the Division of Preparatory Programs for Overseas Compatriot Students at National Taiwan Normal University, as well as overseas Chinese students who graduated from unregistered Chinese-language secondary schools in Myanmar or northern Thailand.

★ Academic credentials issued by foreign schools must be verified by an R.O.C. overseas mission or an institution authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When the original diploma or equivalent academic attainment is written in a language other than Chinese or English, the Chinese or English translation of the diploma is required and has to be verified with official stamps by the Taiwan's overseas office. A list of overseas missions is available on the website of the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA): https://www.boca.gov.tw/.

★ Academic credentials issued by schools in Hong Kong or Macao must be verified by an institution or organization established, designated, or commissioned by the Executive Yuan.

★ Academic credentials issued by schools in Mainland China must be notarized by a local notary office and verified by the Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) or another institution designated by the Executive Yuan.

Required forms to be completed and uploaded:

1. Appendix 1: Identity and Academic Qualification Affidavit (All applicants must complete)

2. Appendix 2: Statement for Overseas Compatriot Identity Verification (Only Overseas Compatriot students must complete)

3. Appendix 3: Confirmation Letter of eligibility for Hong Kong or MacauResidents (Only Hong Kong & Macau students must complete)

4. Appendix 4: Affidavit of Not having a household registration in Taiwan (Only Ethnic Chinese Students with Foreign Nationality from Hong Kong and Macau must complete)
